Vivo X Fold 3, 3 Pro reportedly launching on March 26, 27, or 28 helobaba.com
Vivo X Fold 3 and Vivo X Fold 3 Pro are expected to launch this month, and according to the latest claim from a leaker on Weibo, it could happen on March 26, 27, or 28.
If this is true, the launch of the new foldable Vivo smartphones will be a month earlier than the April launch of Vivo X Fold 2 last year. Fans, however, should still take this as the tipster noted that it is still tentative.
According to earlier reports, Vivo X Fold 3 is expected to be the lightest and thinnest device with an inward vertical hinge. It will support 80W wired fast charging and come with a 5,550mAh battery. Additionally, the device will be 5G capable. The rear camera system includes a 50MP primary camera with OmniVision OV50H, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and up to 40x digital zoom. The model is reportedly powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
It is believed that the Vivo X Fold 3 and Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will share the same appearance but will differ in internals. To start, as per earlier claims, the Pro model features a rear circular camera module housing better lenses: a 50MP OV50H OIS main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP OV64B periscope telephoto lens with OIS and 4K/60fps support. The front camera, on the other hand, is reportedly a 32MP sensor on the internal screen. Inside, it is believed that it will house the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
Moreover, the Pro model could offer a 6.53-inch cover panel and an 8.03-inch foldable display, which are both LTPO AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. Tipsters shared that it would also boast a 5,800mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. Storage options might include up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Ultimately, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is rumored to be dust and waterproof, with additional features like an ultrasonic fingerprint reader and a built-in infrared remote control.
