Ingredients required
To prepare Nafrat ka Sharbat at home, you will need the following ingredients:
500 ml cold milk
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Chopped mixed dry fruits as required
2 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 drops food color
1 peeled, chopped and grated apple
How to make Nafrat Ka Sharbat
  • To make this Nafrat ka Sharbat, take a bowl and add milk and sugar powder in it and mix.
  • Now, add vanilla essence to the milk and sugar mixture and add food color and mix well.
  • Once everything is mixed, peel an apple and grate it with the help of a grater.
  • Add apple to the milk mixture and mix and add ice cubes.
  • Add some finely chopped dry fruits in the glass and also add sherbet.
  • Garnish the sharbat by adding a slice of lemon on top and serve it chilled.

Tips to make Nafrat ka Sharbat better

  • To make the sharbat of hatred more healthy, you can use soya or almond milk instead of normal dairy milk.
  • You can use saffron instead of food colour.
  • For better taste of sherbet, you can make a paste of soaked dry fruits and mix it in sherbet.
  • Serve immediately after adding grated apple to the sherbet. Sometimes the taste of apple is slightly sour, which can cause curdling of milk. Therefore, after adding apples, serve immediately to drink.
