BENGALURU: TCS is linking hikes and variable payout to complying with its recent return-to-office mandate. Recently, unit heads have written to their respective teams that assigning grades – which are a prerequisite for rolling out promotions – will depend on their track record of working from the office.
TCS offers digital compensation to freshers who have cleared courses assigned to them, making them eligible for higher salaries beyond the Rs 3 lakh annual compensation.”We are asked to be compliant with the return-to-office. This will be eventually approved for return-to-office complaint cases,” sources told TOI.
