In 2024, this quantity and quality are not going to change. These are five of the most expected games exclusively for PS5. This games will launch in different genres.
Five PlayStation 5 Exclusives Hitting Consoles in 2024
These are five exclusive games coming to PlayStation 5 this year. We got a Final Fantasy, an action third-person shooter, a Ronin quest, and much more. You can find the complete list below.
5. Helldivers 2
This game changes completely from its predecessor, launched in 2015, with a shoot’em-up style from a camera above the battlefield. Helldivers 2 will be entirely third-person shooter-style, as games like Battlefront 2. Helldivers 2 will admit up to four co-op players online; PlayStation Plus will be needed to play online. The title promises great action in a chaotic scenario where a thousand enemies will be ready to receive our democracy.
Helldivers 2 will launch on February 9 exclusively for PS5.
4. Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth
The long-awaited second part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake is only a month away from release. Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth takes Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aeris, and Red XIII outside Midgar after they escape from this dystopian city. They are looking for the iconic Sefirot that Cloud thought was dead. This long-awaited title looks incredible, harnessing all the graphic power of the PlayStation 5.
Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth will be available on February 29 exclusively for PS5.
3. Rise of the Ronin
This Team Ninja game, from the studio behind Nioh, brings us Rise of the Ronin, a history that mixes Japanese XIX-century culture with the action- and story-driven style of this great studio. This title puts us right after the Tokugawa Shogun tyranny ends and Occidental ships start to arrive at the coast of Japan. We control a hero without a name to save his country’s future.
Rise of the Ronin will launch on March 22 exclusively for PS5.
2. Stellar Blade
This game, formerly known by the code name Project EVE, is being developed by Shift Up, a Korean team. Stellar Blade brings a third-person action game hack’n slash style, reminding us of games like Code Vein, Devil May Cry, and others. Aliens invade Earth and kick humanity out. Eve, a company, will have to fight against the invaders with the last city on Earth to save the planet.
Stellar Blade has not had an official release date yet, but it will launch exclusively on PS5.
1. Death Stranding 2
Hideo Kojima’s long-awaited sequel to his debut game, Post-Konami, has all fans excited after it’s announced at the 2022 Game Awards. Norman Reedus will be the protagonist once more, with an older look because of the events that occurred in the first game. Elle Fanning, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker will be in Death Stranding 2 as well.
Death Stranding 2 will be exclusively for PS5, with no official release date yet.
